This page explains, in plain language, which data Health Leads keeps and why.
Who we are
Health Leads is a US company (LLC) that sells qualified leads to health and aesthetic clinics in Brazil and the United States. Contact with the company happens through the chat and the form on this site.
Which data we keep
The messages exchanged in the chat, the specialty and price chosen, and the data sent through the contact form (name, e-mail and message). In the campaign quizzes, the answers given and the contact data the patient provides when asking to be contacted (name, WhatsApp, city), plus the ad source.
What we use it for
Commercial service to clinics: replying, negotiating volume and delivering leads. The data of a patient who answers a quiz is delivered only to the clinic in the agreed specialty and region. We do not sell contact data to third parties.
Legal basis
Consent, when you send a message, and legitimate interest in commercial service, under the LGPD (Brazil) and the CCPA (California).
For how long
For as long as commercial service and lead delivery to clinics require. Quiz answers and contact data are kept while the campaign is active and for the time needed to verify and replace leads.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data. Use the contact form and mention the e-mail used in the conversation.
Cookies
We use the chat's anonymous session cookie (so you can find the conversation again in this browser) and the language cookie. On campaign quiz pages we use the Meta and TikTok pixels to measure ads; the other pages of this site have no advertising cookies.
